Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 28 June 2026

1. Our commitment

Stimz Connect is built for and with neurodivergent people. We aim to make the app and website usable for as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technologies, on desktop and mobile devices.

2. Conformance target

We aim to conform with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is part of our ongoing product development and we continue to improve coverage in every release.

3. What we support

Keyboard access

Core navigation and interactive controls are designed to be usable without a mouse.

Screen reader compatibility

We use semantic HTML, form labels, and meaningful text alternatives for key interface elements.

Responsive layout

Stimz Connect is built to work across mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports.

Readable visual design

We aim for clear hierarchy, sufficient contrast, and consistent focus and interaction states.

Plain language

We write in calm, plain English and avoid jargon, em dashes, and alarming framing.

4. Known limitations

We are aware of the following areas that may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA:

  • Some newer screens may have inconsistent focus order while we polish flow.
  • Certain icon-only buttons may need clearer accessible names.
  • Colour contrast on subtle muted states is being audited.

Where identified, these are tracked and prioritised for remediation. If you encounter something not listed here, please let us know.

5. Browser and assistive technology support

We test with current versions of Safari, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, with VoiceOver on iOS and macOS, TalkBack on Android, and NVDA on Windows where practical. Your experience may vary depending on browser version, device, and assistive technology configuration.

6. Last assessment

This statement was last reviewed on 28 June 2026 based on an internal review of the iOS app and public website. We re-assess at least every six months and after any major release.

7. Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us at accessibility@stimzconnect.com. Include the page URL, your device and browser, and a short description so we can investigate quickly.
