Stimz Connect tag
The physical NFC tag, ready to tap.

Choose how you’d like to explore.
Create a personalised support profile linked to a Stimz Connect tag.
When someone taps the tag with a phone, the profile opens instantly in their browser. No app or account needed.
You set it up once, in the app. Anyone can use it, with no app of their own.
Pick a Stimz Connect tag to carry, wear or keep to hand.
Add how to help, medical information, communication needs and who to call.
Hold your phone to the tag to write it, or use the code on the card.
Anyone can tap it with any phone and instantly see how to help.
Create a simple support profile linked to an NFC tag, with a QR code backup. If someone taps or scans the tag, they see exactly what helps and who to contact.
Add the things that matter. Emergency contacts, medical information, communication needs, sensory support and “how to help me” guidance. All in calm, plain language.

First name, photo, the few pills that matter - non-verbal, autism, learning disability.

Approach, communication, sensory - written by the person or carer, in their own words.
A totally customisable 8-button grid for when words are hard. Swap labels, icons, colours, sounds, even photos.
Stimz Connect isn’t an SOS button. Most days you’ll forget it’s there. On the day it matters, a stranger can tap the tag and instantly know how to help.
It’s for the solo trip to the GP. The bus that goes the wrong way. Meeting someone new. Small moments where a script would change everything.
Autism and ADHD, medical needs, communication, independent travel and more. Whatever the need, there’s a place for it.
The moment someone scans, they see how to approach, what might overwhelm, and what helps you feel calm. Sensory triggers, the routines that matter, and the small things that make a big difference, all in one place before anyone says a word.
Allergies, medications, diagnoses and how you like to be treated, ready for any clinician or first responder to act on straight away. Add a full hospital passport, care plan, dosages and warning signs, so the people helping have the whole picture in seconds, not after a long phone chain.
The exact steps in plain words, with a short video you can attach so anyone can follow along correctly.
How to assist, what to avoid, and who to call, so solo trips and days out stay possible.
A way to be understood when words are hard, with an 8-button grid, saved phrases and gestures that work for you.
Calm, consistent support that travels with the person between home, services and school, wherever the day takes them. Staff, teachers, agency workers and new faces all see the same trusted guidance, so support stays steady even when the people around them change.
One tag, one profile, shaped around the person. If your situation is not on the list, it probably still fits.
Knowing someone can help properly when you are not there. That is peace of mind, and it is free.
A calm dashboard, not a control panel. Tick the few things that matter. Get a quiet text the moment the tag is tapped.

Dashboard. Five quick steps and you’re ready.

Profiles. Add the people in your care, one card each.

Backup QR. Your profile also includes a QR code you can save or print for backup.
A guided setup, the same shape on every profile. Skip anything you’re not ready for and come back to it later.
A name, a photo, a bio in their own words. Toggle non-verbal if it applies.

Diagnoses and meds. Mark anything critical so it’s the first thing a helper sees.

One primary contact, one backup. Carers get a calm SMS the moment the tag is tapped.

Diagnoses are listed plainly. Medication you mark as critical shows up in a high-contrast pill the helper can’t miss.
A paramedic, a teacher, a stranger in a shop - they all get the same clear answer. No guessing. No medical jargon to decode.
Private by design. There is no live tracking, nothing is listed or sold, and a section you leave blank simply does not appear.
Every section is a toggle on each profile. One person in a family can share medical information while another does not.
The support profile always works for free. Connect Alerts is a layer you add only if you want to be told when the tag is tapped.
A helper's location reaches your contacts only if the helper decides to share it. Never shown publicly, never stored on the profile.
One small parcel, everything you need to set up.
The physical NFC tag, ready to tap.
Your claim code and setup link arrive by email, so you can set up in your own time.
Editable any time. QR code backup included.
Add the £4.99/mo alerts subscription whenever you want.
Tags are a one-off purchase. Every tag includes a free support profile. Add Connect Alerts to get notified when someone scans.
Included with every Stimz Connect tag. No subscription needed.

One subscription, three covered.

For families supporting a few people.

For larger households and small care services.
All Connect Alerts tiers include the same features — only the number of profiles changes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Tags are a one-off (no subscription). See tag options.
No. They just tap the tag with a modern phone and the support profile opens in their browser.
Yes. Every Connect tag includes an editable support profile. You can update it anytime.
Yes. You can create and manage a support profile for anyone you care for, and look after several people from one account.
The tag is labelled so a helper knows to tap it, and most modern phones prompt automatically when held close. A printed QR code backup is included too, so it works even if tapping is missed.
Connect Alerts are an optional subscription that notifies your emergency contact when your tag is tapped. If the person scanning chooses to share their location, that can be sent too. Pick a tier based on how many profiles you want covered. Solo (£4.99/mo, 1 profile), Trio (£9.99/mo, 3 profiles), Family (£14.99/mo, 4 profiles) or Max (£44.99/mo, 10 profiles).
All tiers include the same features. Only the number of profiles covered differs. If you support one person, Solo is enough. Larger households and small care services use Max (10 profiles). You can upgrade or downgrade anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, and the change applies at your next billing date.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. Alerts keep working until then. If you downgrade to a tier with fewer profiles than you have alerts active on, the app asks you to pick which profiles to keep alerts on before the change applies. Existing tag profiles and data are never deleted.
No. There is no live tracking. Location is only shared if Connect Alerts are active and the person scanning chooses to share it.
Yes. You can link multiple tags to one profile, or set up different profiles for family members.
Yes. You can manage multiple profiles from your dashboard.
Log in, edit your profile and save. Changes update straight away.
Because out-of-date medical information is worse than none. Someone reading “no known allergies” on a profile written 18 months ago will act on it. Every 3 months we show a banner in the app and send one email asking you to confirm the profile is still correct. It takes a tap, and if nothing has changed you do not have to edit a thing.
Nothing stops working and nothing is hidden. After a 14 day grace period, the profile page a helper sees adds one quiet line saying when the medical information was last confirmed, so they can judge how much to rely on it. We will not email you about it more than once a fortnight.
No. It can be used for everyday support too, such as communication needs, appointments, school trips, medical information, sensory support or calming strategies.
Drop us a note - we reply within one working day. Or email hello@stimz.com directly.
Free to set up. Five minutes to activate. Then quiet, until the day it matters.
